2008 Photos
We are starting the marketing/advertising materials for the 2009 Relay and we are looking for some high quality photos that we could use. We already have a few but having extra is always nice.
Here are some photos from last year
If anyone has any that they would be willing to share that would be great. Send me an email at bcohoon@markettomarketrelay.com

Runners With A Reason has huge goals. But we need you to help us.
Running a race like the Lincoln Half/Full Marathon is a tremendous personal accomplishment. By committing to RWAR and running for a reason, we know that the personal satisfaction you get from running your race will increase exponentially.
Runners With A Reason, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation whose goal is to eliminate the reasons why people don’t run. RWAR raises money through volunteer runners like you who pick a “reason” to run a half or full marathon. The “reasons” are as different as the runners, ranging from community sports programming to a role model who recently passed away to a sibling who has undergone multiple organ transplants to providing shoes to people in third world countries. As a RWAR runner, you raise a minimum of $250 for a non-profit organization related to the “reason” you’ve chosen as you train and run the full or half marathon.
The money that you raise goes to your "reason", provided that it is a 501(c)(3) organization. A portion of the money raised goes to RWAR to be used to help achieve its goals.
So what do you need to do? First, we ask that you pick a “reason” to run the Lincoln Half/Full Marathon—something that has personal meaning to you and that motivates you to run. Second, we ask that you complete the attached Runner Data Sheet and return it to me (britt.ehlers@yahoo.com) , or that you simply email to me the information requested in the Runner Data Sheet. Third, you need to register for the Lincoln Half/Full Marathon. Registration fills up quickly, and it would be a shame to train for a race and then not be able to run it. That is all you need to do right now.
In approximately a month, we will send you information to help you raise money for your “reason.” Until then, you just need to train and recruit anyone that you can to join you in running as a part of RWAR.
So remember:
1. Pick a “reason” to run.
2. Complete the attached Runner Data Sheet and return it to me, or email me the information requested in the Runner Data Sheet.
3. Register for the Lincoln Half/Full Marathon.
4. Tell everyone that you know about RWAR and recruit other runners to join us.
I’m glad that you are considering running as a part of RWAR and want to personally thank you for helping us. Our group is going to change the world and we are glad that you may join us.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. If you want to know more about RWAR, you can visit our website, www.runnerswithareason.org. You can email me at britt.ehlers@yahoo.com or you can call me at (402) 610-2640. I look forward to hearing from you.
